Daniel (“Dan”) Shaivitz is a shareholder at Bulman Dunie and the partner in charge of the firm’s personal injury practice group. A former Division I collegiate athlete, he brings the same competitive spirit which drove him to success on the lacrosse field to scoring incredible results for Bulman Dunie clients. Whether it is a skillful negotiation with an insurance company’s adjuster or a hard fought-win in a courtroom or arbitration, Dan loves helping accident victims receive fair compensation for their injuries.

“Every client deserves focused and special attention based on the unique facts of the case,” he explains. “Some of the worst injuries arise from the most common fender-benders; sometimes people walk away from the worst wrecks without a scratch. My passion is figuring out the best way to achieve the client’s goals and obtain the best recovery possible under the circumstances with caring, understanding, and compassion.”
