Meg Rosan is a shareholder at Bulman Dunie, where she leads both the family law and mediation practice groups. She focuses her practice on mediation and litigation of family law and personal injury matters. Respected by the bench and the bar, Meg is frequently appointed by area judges to represent children in high-conflict custody disputes.

A trained mediator, Meg’s practice is centered on resolving conflict. She approaches every case with the goal of avoiding unnecessarily protracted and costly litigation and leaving control in the hands of the clients via a skillfully negotiated settlement. When settlement is not possible, however, Meg enjoys putting her experience into practice in the courtroom, where she is a skilled advocate.

Meg is proud to have spent each day of her post-clerkship legal career at Bulman Dunie, evolving from a first-year associate into an owner of the firm and practice group chair.
