Jeremy Rachlin Presents to Maryland Alumni Association (with Link to Video)

BDBF attorney Jeremy Rachlin, a proud Terp alum, was thrilled to be invited “home” to present to the University of Maryland Alumni Association during “Terrapin Love Week”.

Jeremy’s presentation, Protecting the People and Places Your Love: an Estate Planning Seminar, afforded the 70+ attendees an overview of estate planning basics.  Jeremy discussed planning for incapacity through powers of attorney, wills, trusts, and the probate process.
