Biography

Mr. Shaivitz came to the firm in 2013 after nearly 7 years with another prominent litigation firm in Montgomery County. Mr. Shaivitz was born and raised in Baltimore County, Maryland. He moved to Montgomery County in 2006 and now lives in Gaithersburg with his wife and two sons. Mr. Shaivitz has been an active member of the local community. He has served as a member of the board of directors of Shepherd’s Table and coordinated lawyer volunteers to serve meals to those in need. In his spare time, Mr. Shaivitz enjoys coaching youth lacrosse and basketball and participating in obstacle course racing.
