Barry Nudelman is of counsel to Bulman Dunie and was a shareholder of the firm and the partner in charge of the firm’s estate and trust practice from 1977 through 2020. He has served as a trusted advisor to literally thousands of Bulman Dunie clients, many of whom have referred their children (and some even their grandchildren) to the firm for their own estate planning. A love of the law and teaching has shaped Barry’s career. He has served as an adjunct faculty member at his alma mater, the George Washington University School of Law, since 1992. At the school, Barry teaches an Estate Planning and Drafting course and previously taught Federal Estate and Gift Taxation and Estate Planning courses. Aside from his teaching pursuits, Barry has authored numerous books and articles on wealth transfer and estate planning, including the seminal American Law Institute treatise Federal Taxation of Estates, Gifts, and Trusts.
