Timothy (“Tim”) Canney is a partner at Bulman Dunie, leading the firm’s corporate and real estate practices.

Tim’s practice focuses on assisting both businesses and their stakeholders in navigating legal issues ranging from simple filing compliance to complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A), lender and private equity financing, and real estate leasing and acquisition matters.

With his professional and educational background in tax matters, Tim also helps his clients conduct and plan for their business goals in a tax-efficient manner.
