Super Lawyers is a list of outstanding lawyers published annually as a resource for attorneys and consumers. Attorneys selected for Super Lawyers are selected based upon a peer-nomination and independent vetting process using 12 indicators of professional achievement. The list is limited to 5% of Maryland-licensed attorneys. Additionally, the “Rising Stars” portion of the annual Super Lawyers list recognizes the best attorneys in the State of Maryland, also selected based upon a peer-nomination and independent vetting process. “Rising Stars” are limited to 2.5% of Maryland-licensed attorneys under age 40 and/or in practice for less than 10 years.
