A number of BDBF attorneys have joined the flood of folks around the world who have found a ray of light during the COVID epidemic by welcoming new four-legged friends into our houses.
Dan Shaivitz and his family brought home Ellie, a boxer puppy. Ellie joins Brewster, a 16-year-old pug, who was shy of the camera (largely because he didn’t hear that he was being called for a picture).
Jeremy Rachlin and his family rescued Ginny, a three-year old chihuahua min-pin mix. Although a bed was purchased for Ginny, she prefers to spend her nights splitting time between the various human beds in the Rachlin household.
Jared Sands and his fiance welcomed to their home Lucy, a mini labradoodle puppy. Lucy enjoys her title as the “Princess of Petworth”.
Even though not new during quarantine, we didn’t want to leave Jane Rodgers‘ canine companions out. Pictured here are Ellie, a pit bill mix, and Marty, a German shepherd mix. Jane reports both are reasonably tolerant of their baby sister (who is a new arrival during quarantine)!
Ellie, Ginny, Lucy, and Marty may make cameo appearances from time-to-time during Zoom consultations. Rest assured, we have been advised that the attorney-client privilege extends to canines!
